Each location is strictly adhering to the guidelines released by the government regarding Covid-19 safety. Therefore, each Vienna City property is implementing a unique set of standards that is catered to the situation in the location.

Here are four key safety measures that will be deployed in all Vienna City’s properties for everyone’s protection:

1/ Mandatory staff training in, and adoption of, the new safety protocols. These include strict hygiene and sanitation standards, personal protective equipment (masks, gloves) wear and proper use, and social distancing measures.

2/ Updated cleanliness and sanitation standards in rooms and suites, restrooms, restaurants, bars and common areas to include the use of disinfectant, high-temperature steamers and ozone machines. High-contact surfaces (check-in desk, door handles, handrails, etc.) will undergo frequent/hourly disinfection.

3/ Complimentary personal kit in every room and suite with masks and hydroalcoholic gel.

4/ Buffet dining replaced by à la carte menus to be enjoyed in the dining rooms with tables safely distanced, in the rooms and suites, or outdoors on the restaurant terrace where applicable.
